Contacting Sellers

Interested in a particular piece of land? Here’s how to contact the seller of a piece of land.

  1. Enter your details ensuring your telephone number and email address are correct – this is how the seller will contact you.
  2. Enter the 5-6 digit number found in the square below the ‘message’ field. Typing in this number helps us recognise you as an individual. It also stops the enquiry form being exploited by automated systems and 'spammers'.
  3. Click on the ‘Send Enquiry’ button.
  4. You will be sent a copy of your enquiry via email. This email will also inform you of the vendor’s email address.
  5. The vendor or agent will receive an email containing your name, message, telephone number and email address.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the vendor or agent to keep their land listings and contact details up to date. If you do not receive a response from the vendor or agent please:

  • A) Ensure you have given the correct contact details. Check the spelling of the email address you provided and make sure you have given your correct phone number including area code.
  • B) Contact the vendor or agent directly.
